Welcome to Maison d’Or. By booking an appointment or purchasing any product or service from Maison d’Or, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before booking.

Appointments & Services

All services are provided by appointment only. Service times are approximate and may vary depending on the individual client’s needs. Maison d’Or reserves the right to refuse service if a client presents with a condition that may pose a health or safety risk.

Payments

Accepted forms of payment include cash, debit cards, and credit cards. Prices are subject to change without notice. No Refunds.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

At Maison d’Or, every appointment is reserved exclusively for you. Our cancellation policy ensures that time, products, and preparation are respected for both the artist and the client. Cancellations or reschedules must be made at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to adjust our schedule and offer the appointment time to another client. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the service amount. We understand that emergencies and illness may occur. If you are unwell, we ask that you contact us as soon as possible to discuss rescheduling. Exceptions may be made at the artist’s discretion.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time to ensure your full service can be completed. Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may receive a shortened service at the artist’s discretion. If your service cannot be performed, you will be charged 50% of the service amount.

No-Shows

A no-show is defined as failing to attend your scheduled appointment without prior notice. No-shows will be charged the full service amount. Repeated no-shows may result in the denial of future bookings at Maison d’Or.

Guests & Children

To preserve the private, luxury environment of Maison d’Or, no guests, pets, or children are permitted unless they are receiving a service.

Nail Art & Custom Work

All nail art must be booked in advance by selecting a Design Upgrade Tier. Requests for additional designs not reserved in advance may not be accommodated.

Repairs & Adjustments

Complimentary repairs are available within 7 days of your appointment for services performed at Maison d’Or. After 7 days, all repairs will be subject to a fee. Maison d’Or does not provide repairs or fills for work performed at other salons.

Health & Liability

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you do not have any condition that could be affected by nail services, including but not limited to infections, open wounds, or allergies. Maison d’Or is not responsible for adverse reactions due to undisclosed medical conditions, allergies, or improper aftercare. Clients are responsible for following aftercare instructions to ensure the longevity of their service.

Intellectual Property

All photos, videos, logos, and branding materials are the property of Maison d’Or and may not be used or reproduced without permission. Maison d’Or reserves the right to use photos or videos of services performed for promotional purposes, unless the client requests otherwise in writing.

Agreement

By booking with Maison d’Or, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Service. These policies are in place to protect both the client and the artist, ensuring every appointment is a luxury experience.
